As happy getting out as getting in ! I had two other homes, all inspected before purchase by other companies. When I sold them I found that previous inspections missed expensive defects that I had to pay for once sold. Ron just inspected my new home, and the home I just sold was also inspected by Better Home Inspections before purchase. Guess what, no surprizes on my sale that I had not known about. I have already reccomended Better Home Inspections three times since 9/23/10.

3rd time is a charm This was my 3rd inspection using Ron. My first inspection, there were major structural issues that he discovered in the crawl space. The 2nd home inspection, as soon as we pulled up to the home, he pointed out that the foundation had a major crack in the back of the home, then he proceeded to show us that the home was "sinking" so to speak. One happy camper I am so happy to have found Ron. From start to finish, he took the time to explain to me everything he was finding in our future home and gave us more of a bargaining tool to work with, and let us know what we were in for in years to come with our future home.
