Couldn't have asked for a better experience! My partner and I are first time home buyers, so we weren't really sure what to expect. Ron arrived early, he was very professional, friendly, and has a great sense of humor. He walked us through every step of the inspection. There really is a difference Well let me start by saying what a very nice man. Moving here from Fla, I had to reschedule my appointment several times with all of this snow and they supported me each time and never made me feel like it was a hassle. When I had my current home inspected, it took that inspector literally 45 minutes and he missed quite a few things and I got burned. What a great inspector Us, like everyone else figured what do we need an inspection for? My husband is a contractor but our Realtor convinced us to move forward with the necessary reports. Thank You I am another person looking to save a buck and was going to deny a home inspection. After all, it was only a town home I am purchasing. The items that you had found really amazed me and I had no idea. Being a single mom, I really appreciate the way you had taken the time to explain to me in detail what a few of my options were. Thank you again Thank you again Ron for taking the time to explain all major, and minor, components in the home. I came to the home inspection prepared with my own notes and you covered all aspects and then some.
