I’ve visited Better Health Medical Center twice. The first time I waited over an hour, and the second time more than 45 minutes. The staff are professional, but the long waiting times need improvement.
The doctors sit in front of the computer, typing while asking questions, and rarely make eye contact. If you have concerns about your skin, consider seeing a different doctor, someone who shows genuine interest in your condition. Assessing a patient while focused on a screen is impersonal and rude.
To answer the practice manager- you obviously know you are not stating facts because your policy is if we have flu like symptoms, we cannot be seen in person. Rather than making excuses, you should have picked up the phone to apologise. Now my rating is negative 1 stars. Dear Dr Ubeja, I would like to raise a complaint.
