Enough is enough! Time to move on. I just terminated my business relationship with Better Buy Glass due to the same issues as the previous poster (9-15-2007). They installed a faulty mirror in one of my rental units. Even though I've spent over $19,000 with this company, they saw the need to send one of the technicians out to examine the mirror that I told them was damaged. Better Buy They are a world class glass center. They have been in the business for over 25 years and have the experience necessary to perform any job. I have never had a problem with their call center or the people they have sent to my home. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.
