BBB helped me resolve a 7 month issue with a company about merchandise I had purchased and returned to them, but they were not refunding my money. I worked by phone with their sales representatives. I followed their instructions completely, but they kept delaying sending me my refund. They always had, what sounded like, a reasonable excuse. This BBB office handled my complaint in a very professional manner. I would not hesitate to use them again. I am sure they are the reason I received the refund I was entitled to.
BBB helped me get to the bottom of a problem I had with an oil change place. Very simple and smooth process.
When I cannot reach a solution with a company who does not want to work with you I go directly to the BBB website and they resolve things quickly and efficient for me. Having problems with a company I recommend you do the same as I did.
I had a dispute of unapproved charges from a wireless company. After many frustrating attempts to resolve this issue with this company failed, I requested the assistance of the Better Business Bureau . Within 2 weeks of submitting an on-line compliant, I received a personal e-mail from the Vice President of Consumer Services from this company and refunded all of my money plus other fees. i recently had to use the services of the bbb. i couldnt seem to get any where with a company i was having customer service issues with. the bbb. stepped in,and helped us both out. the bbb is the voice of reason for us (the public) but also the companies. the bbb helps us resolve our differances,in a calming manner which we can all agree on. thank you bbb
The BBB does care and does help people try to solve their problems or complaints this is a fact I know for sure. They helped me get a complaint solved and were Very helpful in doing so.I would recommend them to anyone.
I had an issue with a big company. They were the only provider for land-line services in my area. They were horrible! I called and called and called and called. Never a response, always being transferred to someone else, work orders weren't put in or completed etc etc. I first went to the companies web site to see if I could reach someone "higher up". In May of 2013 I purchased lawn furniture and a pergoda from a National Company, after reporting there were damaged pieces the company said they would look after everthing immediately. After 3 weeks of hagling and empty promisses I decided to complain to the BBB who contacted the company and within 2 days I was called by the companies head office and everything was settled immediately. I have nothing but praise for the BBB as they get action with their name.
