I asked for a manager to call me back on 3-18-26 for complaint #24653171 and no one has contacted me, I just called you all again today (4-7-26) and while leaving a voicemail message I was disconnected, this is all very unprofessional. Filed a complaint against a company in their district and spent weeks transferring it to another BBB incorrectly and without explanation. It's like calling support and being transferred endlessly. Erodes what little confidence I have in consumer protections and BBB.
TL;DR: If you are a business owner, don't bother. They don't care about you, they only want your money. They will make borderline impossible for to cancel. I own a house cleaning company that I listed with the BBB. They started taking my money really quick and happily; however when I decided to end our association because I hadn't received a single lead through BBB then stopped speaking with me completely.
