I agree with most of the below posts. The Tulsa BBB SUCKS! I filed a complaint against Brenda Lauchner of Vinita, OK, former owner of Lucilles Flowers in Vinita because I ordered flowers for a friends funeral and they were delivered on the wrong day to the wrong place as well as being unfresh and wilty. She kept my \$70 and laughed all the way to the bank although my bank has reversed the charge :) She is no longer in business, which is no surprise. The Better Business is an organization that hinders small business in Tulsa. They have an accredition process that they get payed to give your business a good rating. They have rated my company with an F because we had 2 complaints in 3yrs. One complaint we offered a solution that our client did not accept. The other complaint was from a client that we could not resolve the problem.I have called the Better Business Bureau in Tulsa several times but no one answers the phone. Do not do surveys online-if you do be very careful because places tend to charge your cell phone (which they ask for and not home number) and charge 9.99 to 19.99 to your cell. Places like ringtonefav unlimited. Very hard to cancel it. they tell you when you text them and tell them to cancel they say your command is not recognized so forth and so on. You have to call your cell phone company to have it taken care of and the bbb to file a complaint, like I just did.thank you.
