I posted an ad with the Bargin Post cycle trader and they omitted a descriptive word from my ad, I have tried to get them to edit my ad and so far have been unsuccessful in two attempts. I would have to rate their service as far less than fair. Buyer beware.

Tender Touch Car Wash, East Okmulgee Street. Muskogee Okla! I took my wifes F-250 in for a Wash and Cleaning of interior! It cost \$21.90 and all they did was wash the outside and wipe the windows down! None of interior less vacuming was done. I called the owner he said, he was sorry if, I wanted to drive 30 miles back to Muskogee he would have the inside cleaned right! But no offer to do it all right again! Very poor sevice and high cost! I will not us this business again!
Better Business Bureau should be renamed the Business Extortion Bureau. This company extorts money out of local small businesses in order to receive a good rating. If you do not pay your extortion fee to the BBB, they will NOT give you an A rating. This is pure extortion and should be illegal. Local small businesses should automatically have an A rating to begin with, not if they pay for it.
I love to BBB. I hope these complainers posted reviews against the business that did them wrong and not the just the non-profit trying to help.
The Better Business Bereau is just a BUSINESS out to extort money from businesses to buy a good rating. That is it plain and simple. If your business does not pay money to the BBB, you dont get a good rating. My business has a B rating only because I refuse to pay them extortion money for an A rating.
The BBB is a waste of time. You can submit all the facts and data about a bad business, but if the business belches out the right buzz words and put up a half decent front - they accept it. In my situation, at the core of the case which spawned into a host of problems, St. Francis Hospital stated I gave them a bad address and it was not true. This is the first review I ever written. However, Im tired of people slamming others when they dont get their way. First, get the facts right. The BBB is governed by rules and regs that prevent them from being paid to protect a business. In fact, even though they investigate, they have to post complaints (regardless how bogus). Second, they can only rate a business according to valid information. I agree with the others. The Better Business Bureau is paid by the business for their membership and has really no interest in protecting the consumer. I will not at any time in the future go to the Better Business website to look how a company is rated. We dealt with McLean Air Duct Coating who was and still is rated an A+ and as far as the way they treated us (especially the owner) they should be rated a F.
