The owner of affordable exterminating LLC stated that Ohio state law does not allow him to perform ongoing treatment of properties unless he sees a live pest. I made calls to confirm whether this was true or not, and the Ohio Department of Agriculture stated that this was absolutely not true and that Ohio has no such law regarding this particular type of pest treatment. Waters services and Painting did excellent job with drywall and painting on 2 bathrooms and basement and were here on a timely schedule I highly recommend them
