When I reached out to Better Beginnings after calling around to multiple agencies to get care for my son, I voiced my frustration about the lack of communication I was receiving among some other things. Better Beginnings is a true Gem. They have been providing excellent care for my loved one. After a few months with them, I have no complaints. It was difficult finding assistance and doing everything alone was so overwhelming. I wasn’t too familiar with what options my loved one could receive so I was searching online and found them. I found out a Medicaid program would cover her and got approved fast. Service has been great all around since then. Take it from me if you need help at home they will not disappoint.
