The technician was diligent and careful. He explained the entire process and did a good job cleaning out the ducts and cleaning up afterwards.
Steve was very prompt in returning my call, responding to my questions, and setting up a date for service. Mario in turn, arrived on time and was extremely pleasant, helpful and efficient, going above and beyond what I expected. I would definitely recommend Better Air and without question, would use them again if needed.
The technician arrived within the time frame promised. He was courteous, explained what his task entailed and together we walked throughout the house to determine where all the duct supply and return vents were located along with a check of where the main lines where in the cellar. He did what he had to do in a timely manner. My only complaint was that did leave cut metal debris behind as well as duct tape remnants for me to have to dispose of.
Great Service, cleaned up after his work and a pleasure to have in my home. Kenny spent a couple hours, took before and after picture and educated me In their process all along the way. I would gladly do business with again.
Better Air were quick and responsive from calling to completion took two days. My technician Mario was knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything he was going to do and went to work. He worried quickly and left no signs he was there except for the results of a cleaner fresher heating & cooling system.
Stanley was absolutely fantastic. Did a excellent job and went through the whole system with me before and after. Can't ask for a better person. But I have to give better air 4 stars though only because the gentleman that called me said that the special he was running was 399.00 and with 19 vents and intakes it would be better then 20.00 a vent. After I thought about it 20.00 a vent is cheaper. Also quote was for duct work but if you no nothing about the system ( like I do) you have to get the blower and the coils cleaned or... read more

very vey pleased with this company and the people who operate it. the tech who came to my house was very professional, but also gave me piece of mind, because I never had this type of work before. Kenneth R worked very cleanly, and if there was any thing left on the floor, he made sure it was taken care of. I would have this company&kenneth back again in the future!.
