Bill R. First time our 25 year old HVAC system duct work was professionally cleaned. The only "before picture" indicated just a small accumulation of dust - I attribute this to regular filter changes. The "after picture" did show that this type of cleaning process works well. The furnace blower was also cleaned and now the heating side of the system appears to operate more efficiently

Better Air is excellent and we recommend them highly. I called their office and spoke to the manager, Steve. He was patient and helpful and explained the process completely. We purchased standard duct cleaning plus the ****air detox system (which uses UV to kill mold). Our technician, Stanley, arrived on schedule and was extremely professional, helpful and personable. We never used Better Air duct cleaning before, but we would certainly use them again. They were very professional starting with the arrangement of the service, the following thru with the date and time for the service to be done. On time, very courteous and clean. We were happy with Mario’s work. He was very respectful and work very neat. He was also punctual and did a great job cleaning up when finished. It was a pleasure working with this company and the job was don excellent.

I am very dissatisfied with the cleaning of the duct work of my dryer. When I called for the appointment, I was told that the price was $169.00. Although the price was high, I decided to go ahead and not do a cost comparison. When the tech was done, he wanted to charge me an additional $70.00 for an extra 5 feet of duct. I was told by your office that I would get a call between 8 am and 12-noon. The tech called at 12:10 to say he would be there shortly and the job would take 45 minutes. Sam arrived at my home on-time. We toured my home and he inspected both my heating and air conditioning systems as well as the vents. Sam was friendly and professional, he explained all of the services available and what each one covered. I was given an estimate over the phone but when I sat with Sam to go over the services, he provided me with specific information on all the available services and the purpose of each.
