The old bait and switch, they advertise a low price and once they get in there, they add on additional cost just to do the job others would include.
Better Air is a very good company to do business with, they take their time on answering any questions, and they show up on time, and they do great work.
Kenneth at Better Air Duct Cleaning did an excellent job testing our heating system. His work performance was exceptional and we highly recommend their services for anyone looking for a quality job.
My technician was Mario, who kept his word, and returned the next day to complete the job. He did a very good cleaning of the A/C condenser (it now looks new on the inside), and the inflow & out flow air ducts are ready for another ~8 years before they need cleaning. At last, he sent me before & after pictures and videos of the job, that I was able to pass onto a buyer of my home, to satisfy the home inspection requirement.
Very good work performance, very good technician. Tested the heating system when Kenneth the technician was done everything came out excellent. Would recommend this Better Air Duct cleaning to anyone who wants a good quality job done.

I talked with Steve and he was very helpful to set up appointment and took care of Insurance certificate quickly. Unfortunately, there was a problem with compressor and they had to reschedule my cleaning. This was done very timely. This is the first time working with Better Air. I spoke with Steve when I called to inquire about their services. He was very helpful and professional. He set up an appointment for the technicians to come to my home and give me a written estimate.
