I hope this helps anyone reading this, but do not take your car in for an oil change or any type of service here. My cousin who has a 2024 Jetta SEL took it in about a year ago for service, and got a check engine light after. They said it was for a head gasket, and he has cleared the code and drove 30k miles since and nothing has ever happened.
