Had a great buying experience - appreciated how the staff worked as a team to ensure our new vehicle was equipped with all the features we wanted. From the test drive to final pick up, Sydney was attentive, made us feel comfortable when asking questions, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase.
This is the second time we've done business with Better Imports. We always feel zero pressure at that car dealership. Both Justins were very honest and friendly with us. Getting a new car was very quick and easy. They valued our old car at a good price, and it was truly a pleasure doing business with them.
Excellent customer service! I went in for a routine oil change and Josh answered all my additional questions regarding my car without any feeling of them trying to up charge me or sell me on anything unnecessary. That honestly built trust and I will always be going to them for car repairs and maintenance.
Brooke with service is the best! I was told their service was good but Brooke makes it great! Everyone I've worked with has been really good.
