bought the car use from them. It’s use Mazda CS5. They give me a 30 days warranty 1000 miles whatever comes out first. I called them next day. I have an oil leak underneath my car . Unfortunately everything worsened year after year , employee treat us with very arrogant attitude, do not explain anything, do not know anything about car , just need us to put money and signs papers without saying anything about, even felt that they are racist , make me feel not comfortable. If I get the chance to put a review unfortunately i will put bad one , and I will not recommended the place for any one of my friends and personally I will try to avoid it for any future purchases or maintenance needs.

They told me to get car repaired and then submit claim, which of course I refused to do. Then told me to drop car at shop and have shop contact them for authorization. Four days later they tell me that the warranty will not cover the repairs. Appalling conduct for a Mercedes dealer.

Snakes, shysters and loudmouth carnival hucksters; it all sounds like good fun if you are at the low budget sideshow, but not when buying or leasing a high-end automobile. I have a good friend with a disability and she dropped her car off to have service. I picked her up to have it worked on and they informed us for a 9b service would be $4500. I found out later that day and went in with her when she was to pick up her car. I called Seattle Mercedes and they stated it would be 2k. I spoke to them about this and dropped the price to $3,300. We were upset when we left and the car broke down 3 miles away from the dealership. We won't be back.

I've been a loyal Fletcher Jones customer for over a decade, bringing in every new Mercedes I've purchased for their complimentary car washes.
