Recently had our F150 serviced and detailed at Great Lakes Ford of Ludington. The service department was very professional and easy to work with and the detailing was amazing! We were very pleased and highly recommend!
Took our Shelby Super Snake in for an oil change today. Didn't have an appointment so we waited our turn. The service department is efficient and professional. Car was spotless when we got it back.
Brand new focusin April of 2015. Transmission never had been right. Chatters, jerks, dos all sorts of stuff except be a proper working transmission. Neither This dealership or Ford corporate seem to want to fix hs car properly. Will never buy from them or Ford again. Ford quality is NOT job 1.aybody thinkng of buying one... feel free to drive ours beforehand.
Got a little stranded today while passing through Luddington. Thankfully, as the check engine light came on, a Ford dealership came into view. Scott and Roy at Great Lakes Ford took care of us right away and got us back in the road in a little over an hour. Now THAT'S ... Pure Michigan.
