I moved to this dealership once fawn moved here. She is amazing'always has been. She gets things done fast and communicates with you the whole way! I got my vehicle right in and was able to have a rental car and they got my car done in a reasonable time!!! The staff there is also very friendly!!!
My salesman was beyond helpful, patient and understanding of exactly what I was looking for in not only a new car but the entire car buying process. He was in no way your stereotypical car salesman and I felt beyond comfortable. My car is exactly what I wanted and I know without a doubt that if something was wrong the hardworking team at Betten Baker would make it right. Truthfully I have never bought a car here or had one serviced, but they keep sending me thank you's for using their service department and asking me to fill out surveys. To my knowledge I have never given them my email address. I have repeatedly asked them to delete my email from their list to no avail. Maybe this will get their attention.
