Had an issue with our truck that was under warranty yet, went to a different dealership first and got completely blown off and terrible service. Went to see Fawn in the service department at Betten and she went above and beyond to help us. She listened to our problem and had it diagnosed and fixed very fast. It only took her 2 days to get a new transmission ordered and installed!! Very impressed and will definitely go back there.
