I had a great experience getting my car serviced at Betten Baker this week. Fawn never missed a beat with getting me processed in the morning so I could make it to work, and kept me posted during the day how things were going and when they were done with my car. I strongly recommend this service department.
My sister was referred for a service appointment on her leased vehicle. She was told by one of the mechanics that she needed to replace her tires. At 25,000 miles? � The service tech read the report and saw that was incorrect. The mechanic then listed other issues on her report, and the service tech tried to change it by pen. Needless to say she won’t be back.
My wife and I just bought a car from the Grandville location and were blown away by the level of service, professionalism, and how stress-free the process was. Conrad walked us through the entire process, answered all of our questions, and we drove away in our new car and could not be happier. We highly recommend Betten Baker for anyone who is looking for a new or used car!

The level of service here speaks for itself. I needed a car in a pinch. Walked in randomly and was approached by Keith. He blew me away with his calmness and ease. There is nothing I dislike more than high pressure sales. I can assure you that Keith was not the typical sales person. He went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable, taken care of and was not pushy. I ultimately chose to buy a car through Keith because of his service. You can walk into any dealership and buy a car but there won’t be a Keith to help you.
Keith Rock did an amazing job for me on my 2016 Chevy Cruze. Not only did he take in two crappy cars on trade, but every step of the way I felt like I was in a German Auto dealership and being treated like a king. I'm actually excited to buy my next car from this great dealership!
