I asked for things to be replaced that are warranty and instead get told it's " a GM defect" that they do it to all. So shouldn't things like that be replaced while still under warranty that a customer PURCHASED ? And when we told them the break assist messages comes up nothing could be pulled or found. Not too impressed when we purchased the vehicle Christi told us to bring it in when it was getting close and have everything replaced well we noticed the strut boots are mangled and torn. Excellent customer service and a big thank you to Kassandra Huff for her finding an extended warranty on my car that covered all of the repairs that were needed and a really nice loaner car too
