This company was great back in 2022. Spent almost $10000 on ballustrading and they did an amazing job making them and installing them. I would have given 5 stars except for my recent experience. I think this company has been sold to a foreign entity as I have difficulty understanding anyone that works there. I contacted the Newcastle branch three weeks ago to get a quote for handrails to compliment the ballustrades they did for me. Very poor customer service. We intended to proceed with work and already had the quote approved, but when we requested the standard business information required for payment, they refused to provide it. Instead, we were essentially told to “send a work order or go elsewhere.” We were ready to proceed, but the unwillingness to supply basic information made it impossible to engage them. Unfortunately, this experience means we won’t be using Betta Balustrades in the future
