I cannot say enough about how much I love Dr. Waugh. She has been not only my PCP, but my elderly mother's and my spouse's for many years - actually, decades. We have found her to be caring, knowledgeable, and attentive to any concern we have. I never feel rushed, and my/our cares, opinions and preferences are always taken seriously and discussed. I hope Dr. Waugh never leaves this practice (or retires!).

Haven’t forgotten the experience to this day. She delivered my one and only child and unfortunately for me made the experience extremely negative. She was rude and cold during the delivery and after my daughter was born she left immediately. Did not say congratulations, or one positive thing. I never returned to see her again, found another doctor immediately. She should not be in that business

Save yourself the time and go somewhere else, the receptionist is extremely rude. Dr. August is always busy and will rush your appointment.

Dr. Edwards' staff are rude and do not do what they are supposed to do. I needed a prescription for transport and gave them six days to fax a one page document which was not done. I called to request that the staff check they had done this and to re-fax the document. The receptionist Becky told me she was busy, to have a nice day, and put the phone down. I was very polite so the rudeness is amazing and constant and upsetting to me.

Been going to Dr. Zanger since 2004. Had cataract surgery for both eyes! Excellent results. Very competent and compassionate Dr. Really goes the extra mile. I still go once a year for checkups. Always pleasant experience.

Rude, dismissive, let me labor (for hours) even though when she broke my water there was meconium present (which the baby could have aspirated). Highly unprofessional, and frankly downright dangerous.

Could not ask for a better doctor. Always attentive, knowledgeable, caring, and focused. I can't even imagine having to go to another doctor for my health care. I've never had any issue with the staff -- the facilities are always clean and warm. Heartily recommend!!!

Dr. Zanger and his team are welcoming and efficient. Dr. Zanger’s skills were evident in the successful cataract surgery on both of my eyes. He is a gifted surgeon. I highly recommend this practice.
