Staff is horrendous. Dr. August is mean, extremely rude and makes awkward comments that make you feel uncomfortable. Do not go here!!
She has no business helping women give birth. I wouldn’t trust her with delivering a cockroach. If you don’t want to know what is happening with your body, care, or baby then she is the right person for you. She is extremely rushed and when the nurses raised concerns about my health she brushed them off and never came to assess me until I was in critical condition.
Haven’t forgotten the experience to this day. She delivered my one and only child and unfortunately for me made the experience extremely negative. She was rude and cold during the delivery and after my daughter was born she left immediately. Did not say congratulations, or one positive thing. I never returned to see her again, found another doctor immediately. She should not be in that business
Save yourself the time and go somewhere else, the receptionist is extremely rude. Dr. August is always busy and will rush your appointment.
Rude, dismissive, let me labor (for hours) even though when she broke my water there was meconium present (which the baby could have aspirated). Highly unprofessional, and frankly downright dangerous.
Dr. August loves her patients. I completely agree with the other positive reviews here that she is just direct and to the point. I don’t think you could imagine finding a doctor that honestly cares more than she does.
I just love her !! I had my two kids delivered by her . She is awesome! Ppl don’t understand that she is very straight to the point . She will tell you exactly what you need to hear. It doesn’t mean shes cold and dont care for her patients. And the staff is another thing . I love all of them . Front desk has been super helpful every time i need an appt they get me in as soon as possible. Rachel so sweet always paying attention to every detail. I definitely keep going to this office.
Dr. August is simply the best. She helped my wife so well to accomplish her high risk pregnancy journey. She had accurate judgments on her health conditions and provided timely suggestion for a surgery conducted in the 2rd trimester. Our baby is almost 2 now, healthy and funny. We can not appreciate her enough. Thanks, Dr.
The worst doctor ever!!!!!!! Beware!! Rude and unprofessional. She should not be practicing medicine!!
