2018 Ford Explorer. I took my car in today for a recall review. I found the staff very friendly. The service advisor JIM RUPP was friendly professional, competent and very helpful. He explained everything clearly. Great customer service. Highly recommend.
If I wrote this right after buying, it would’ve been a five star review. We had a good test drive and got a great car. We did end up getting a warranty and that’s when everything went south. They absolutely never let us use it. We would call all the time because no one was accepting our warranty and they wouldn’t accept our calls. Salesman judged my uncle from the start. He thought he knew better than my uncle what his budget should be versus what he was actually looking to spend. Don't judge a book by it's cover because you just lost a major sale.
