We live in Harrisburg and found the 2023 Ford Escape Hybrid we wanted at the Bethlehem Ford Dealer. When we got home and were transferring our items to our new vehicle we found there was over a gallon of water in the rear of the car. We called our sales person (Woody) who recommended we take to our local dealer for repair. After 2 trips to Hoffman Ford the leak was found and corrected. Just left with a new 2025 Ford Bronco Sport for our daughter who is getting her license next week and we couldn't be happier. We drove about an hour just to deal with Bethlehem Ford because of how non-pushy, transparent and helpful they were. Started off with Stephen and ended up dealing with Courtney as well and both were super responsive and friendly.
