my first appointment went super well. no complaints there. they scheduled me for 3 appointments in advance due to the amount of work i needed done on my mouth. I called today to see if they had an earlier appointment and they did not due to no cancelations so i confirmed i would be able to go at my scheduled time. unfortunately life happens and i had an emergency with my child and couldn’t make it. they told me to cancel my appointment it would be $75 and then i would be able to reschedule and keep my other appointments. Only have great things to say, had an emergency visit they got me in asap. Everyone at the front and the doctors were so respectful and professional. And felt very welcoming
The whole of the staff are amazing, non judgemental, very thorough, professional, and kind. Dr. Jepson is the man. Would recommend anyone who needs dental work done to go to Bethlehem Dental care, they truly do care.
I have been coming here for years. Every dentist is so professional and I truly appreciate the staff. They always make you feel comfortable and truly listen to you.
