Both my kids had a cleaning with Sue. Very acknowledge and great service kids loved her.
I had to change my review. At the beginning I really liked this office however, one of the dentists is so rough so now I schedule on days I know she doesn’t work. Also, they call me to let me know that the dentist is running late and not to come at the time of my appointment. That’s fair…I understand stuff happens and I appreciate them letting me know that but….when I asked how long is the wait, when should I come to the office she said “I don’t know”. Front office is a DISASTER. Both of the women. Corey and the actual dentist are PHENOMENAL, but the ladies at the front desk are terrible. I had private dental through my job. I went in October had a care plan done with Corey and the dentist. I also had state coverage. So, in the beginning of October, Corey and the dentist sent in the approvals to my private insurance.
