Thrilled to find Bethke open today, and Ken was great! Other places are closed for the holiday and only providing emergency services/rates, but Bethke charged regular rate (plus I saved $25 for fb Like!). Ken shared lots of useful info that will help us for future needs in our duplex, and we are switching to this company! Also, Jodi was very nice and helpful on the phone.
Jason did a great job servicing our furnace today! He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it and the charge was quite reasonable. Jason was courteous and efficient. We will definitely use Bethke again! What a great company. I love that they are members of Dane Buy Local! Thanks again!!
We have had excellent service from Bethke Heating & AC for many years. Jeff Keller is the most competent service professional EVER! Always courteous, dependable, on-time, and "knows his stuff!".
LOVE Bethke! We purchased our A/C from them a few years ago. The techs are courteous and helpful and efficient. If we ever need to replace our furnace, they will also be our first call.

Called on a Monday night for a non-emergency fix and they were here by 7:30 Tuesday morning. The problem was fixed in under 2 hours, and I barely missed any work.
