RecommendedMy experience with Bethke for furnace repair has been excellent. Jeff K. replaced gas valve and the diagnosis and recommendation he made was honest and what was right rather than what was most profitable. I say that because another technician from another company quoted me a four times the price Bethke quoted me and tried to scare me so they can sell me a new furnace. I am glad I called Bethke and the company values seems solid, they want to do what is right versus what is more profitable.
Our furnace quit on a Friday and when we called Saturday morning, Bethke committed to coming on Monday. They did not come out on Monday. I purchased that Carrier furnace from Bethke originally. I'm sorry they didn't keep their commitment to come out to fix it.
Bethke is the best! Amazing service from phone call to clean up! Highly recommend.
We have both our furnace and air conditioner through Bethke. We have worked with them for years and have always been happy with their price, service and knowledge of their staff. They always provide us great recommendations on how to use our system most optimally.
Dan and Greg arrived replaced both our furnace and A/C units ( both were same age and with the change in Freon we opted to replace both for better efficiency) we decided to swap out both for new units. Have done business with Bethke for over 25 years at 3 locations and highly recommend them. The new thermostat is also state of the Art and easy to control with easy to understand features. Our furnace was not working and the technician John was able to troubleshoot and fix the problem quickly. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend Bethke Heating and A/C.
