RecommendedToday was a perfect example of why I'm on Bethke's maintenance plan. James noticed that the sun capacitor on our air conditioner was going bad and asked if he should replace it. Of course! I saved $200+ because it was done during the A/C tune-up and I didn't have to pay for an emergency service call if it gave out when it was 95 degrees outside. To top it off, James was polite and professional at 7:30 a.m. #maintenancematters
Worst service ever. Tell you you’re next on the list for an emergency service and then when you call for an ETA they say they can’t get to you for another 4 days. Completely unacceptable.
Had the furnace acting up as of late, last night it started to become unbearably cold in the house. Gave Bethke a call early this morning, they had their tech John give me a call shortly thereafter and he was here within the hour, checked out the situation, turns out it was an relatively easy diagnosis and fix. John was very courteous and professional, took the time to explain exactly what was going on, cleaned everything up right quick and had the heat back up and running in no time. When my furnace went out, I priced around and decided to go with Bethke. Not only were they reasonable, John was pleasant to deal with, quickly diagnosed the problem and in and out without delay. Bethke is my first call from now on for heating and air conditioning needs!

Jim Clark came from Bethke to service my furnace and A/C. As a new home owner I cannot speak highly enough of his service. He went above and beyond in explaining things to me so I better understand my mechanicals and encouraging me to understand how to best use and maintain them. He even provided me suggestions on covers to buy so that I wasn't wasting energy in areas that I didn't need heated or cooled. Thanks, Jim!
A big thank you to John for coming out on a Sunday. He was professional, honest and QUICK. He knew what the problem was right away and we feel like he saved us from having to get a whole new AC unit. After this experience we we know we will use him again when we do need a new one!
We're really glad they have an after-hours option! Mike came out tonight to fix our AC. He was friendly and fast.
