Poor customer service and please check your bills because this office will charge you extra money for writing a prescription. They are predators to low income families. Be very careful when choosing this practice they see your children as $$$. Oh not to mention that the office visit that they wanted to compound time on was the appointment that I found out they LOST MY CHILDS SHOT RECORDS so I guess because the dr had to spend extra time looking for her records he felt the need to be compensated for it. RecommendedThey are so amazing with my kids. Every visit they do everything to make them feel comfortable. Even with shots. I have twins and giving two kids shots at once seems difficult yet they make it easy. Highly recommend!
Reviews typically aren’t my thing, if I’m displeased I’ll quietly take my business elsewhere but I feel compelled to share my experience for any new moms out there. Having a newborn can be terrifying, having a good pediatrician helps to relieve some of those stresses. Sadly, that has not been my experience with QC Pediatrics. Amazing, Amazing doctors!!! All so kind, understanding and compassionate! They’re very amazing with my kids I’m glad I found out forever pediatric office
The doctor we saw, she was incompassionate and incompetent with special needs youth. Maybe better with the little ones. 95% I had a hard time trying to figure out what she's saying. She's a no-no for us. She's that kind of doctor that thinks she knows a lot, and she doesn't.
