Bethesda Smiles is a very welcoming practice. Everybody there is very friendly and efficient. No waiting time to be seen upon my arrival. Anita does a very thorough yet gentle job cleaning teeth. I had some pretty stubborn stains on my teeth that she was able to remove and now my teeth look amazing. She also answered all of my questions, addressed all of my concerns, and educated me on prevention of issues for the future. Highly recommend!
This practice is simply the best I've experienced. They are always professional and friendly, which I extra appreciate in what can be an anxiety-inducing situation. I came to this practice on the recommendation of extended family members who have been patients there for years - and I am SO glad I asked them. From my family to yours: this is the place for awesome dental care. Highly recommend.

I need to have a tooth extracted and I was extremely satisfied with the time my dentist took to explain to me in detail the choices I have to fill that void. With the use of models plus his explanation of each one he walked me through from beginning to end how each option would work for me. In addition how my dental insurance applies to each option.
I've heard that insurance companies are putting the squeeze on local practices, which may lead to some of them to doing things quickly (maximizing billable patient volume) or using cheaper materials (saving on operating costs). I never feel like I am being rushed at Bethesda Smiles, and Dr. Navabi and his staff always demonstrate great care & patience - even with folks like me to who ask tons of questions, lol! Highly recommend.
I highly recommend this practice - the dentists and everyone in the office are highly knowledgeable, courteous, empathetic, and on time. They offer practical options for issues, and even validate your parking in downtown Bethesda.. This is without doubt the best practice I have used.

From the time I contacted the office for my dental problem, I have received an outstanding service. The appointment was timely and accommodated my availability too. The staff was courteous and professional. Dr. Navabi's work was exceptional and completely resolved my issue. The entire office operation appeared very smooth. There is even a convenient underground parking that the office validates.
