I just started with this practice and had a procedure, which went fast and smooth with good results. Very competent and professional doctor and staff.
Dr. Navabi, Dr Hirschfeld, Dr. Z and the staff at Bethesda Smiles have provided me with excellent dental care for over 20 years. They have always been professional and personable. Both Dr. Hirschfeld and Dr. Navabi are amazing. They both took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain my treatment options. I felt like I was truly heard and was in good hands. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The office itself was clean and modern, which immediately makes you feel comfortable.

My first and only visit at this time was to get the second opinion on a dental procedure. The office ambient was a pleasant, friendly, and professional in all stages from entry to exit. Dr. Nabavi took time, with his friendly attitude, explained the possible procedure(s). That gave me option, which I was not offered before. The receptionist was well trained with soft friendly voice, she reminded me of parking validation even there was a sign for it. NJ

Bethesda Smiles provides excellent care from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave. Every aspect of their work - the receptionists, the hygienists and most of all, Drs. Navabi and Hirshfeld, a husband-and-wife-team, offer superior work. They approach pain control as an important part of the process and really listen to a patient's expectations and concerns. I would recommend them without any hesitation.
