Very upset with this company. I called very early in the morning to confirm the correct vehicle would be picking up my client after confirming the correct vehicle would be coming , they canceled her trip 20min before her pick up time. ABSOLUTELY NUTS. Now she will miss her VERY IMPORTANT APPOINTMENT!
