After five successful years of growth, the business outgrew the 44 Grassy Plain Street facility and Bethel Power needed more room in order to serve our customers. As a result, in July, 2012 we moved to our current facility in Bethel's Clarke Business Park. We built a new 3200square foot showroom onto an existing 11,000 facility to create Fairfield County's largest outdoor power equipment facility. We had a Honda generator that was 20 years old, was very reliable. We need a new one and these guys were great! I watched as we waited to pick up our new one, the guys took time to explain to the customers how to use it. You would never see this at L or HD. Thank you guys for wonderful service!

Very good place for equipment
Huge shoutout to Kevin and the guys for getting us set up with a Ventrac tractor and attachments. The machine has exceeded every expectation we had. Truly is incredible in the snow, even heavy wet snow gets thrown a mile without clogging. It's a huge asset to our front line! For the few parts and questions we had/needed, Bethel Power was right there every step of the way! Thank you!
Bethel power is a top notch business. Great guys and the best products!!!! The showroom you could eat off the floor. It takes me 35-45 min to get there and I still go.
Very bad service - don't take your power equipment here. $250 dollar repair bill and log splitter still has problems - service sucks!
Excellent customer service! Picked up my parents generator within 2hrs of calling on day of storm. Within 24hrs of pick up they had repaired it and delivered it! Very appreciative! Thank you!
