I found the staff and Dr. Fein very accommodating, friendly and courteous. While I'm not always happy to hear what Dr. Fein has to say regarding aftercare (I hate having to alter my routine), I trust his experience and knowledge. In my experience, he has gone out of his way to explain the injury and treatment options. In regard to insurance billing, his office manager, Gina, has been a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend his services to anyone interested in truly professional office.
Dr Fein has been extremely attentive, knowledgeable and efficient. We have known him for over 30 years now when our youngster at the time, had flatfeet and needed attention. Now we return with other problems and he and his associate has also been amazing! My plantar fascities pain was an emergency and his associate took me in right away and I'm forever grateful. My husband lastest problem with his toenail, Dr Fein efficiently took care of him. I highly recommend him to my friends and family.
Not only is Dr. Fein amazing, but so is his staff. When my mother lost her original insurance, the office manager, Gina, went above and beyond to make it possible for my mother to still see him under her new plan as a non-participating provider. Not only did she keep us abreast of every phone call and fax she made, but she even took the time to email us on her own time. She took so much stress off of me and gave us the gift of piece of mind so my mother could continue her care. Fantastic woman!!
Was at the office back in November 2016,all was great until a few months later when I started getting phone calls from the office Manager Gina telling me that I have a bill with them for aprox $400.00. At one point she also threatened me that she would take me to collections.I have all her messages on my cell phone so she can not deny my story. I called my insurance company and they stated I only owe 50 dollars. this went on for months until they received a letter from insurance co
Going to Dr Fein was the best thing I ever did!!! Had a problem with my foot for over a year went to numerous of doctors, he was the first that listened and found the problem. A year later I can finally walk with no pain. Thank You Dr. Fein!!
It takes more than a diploma and a scalpel to make a conscientious foot surgeon. After another doctor said I would have stitches and crutches for 3 weeks, I went to Dr Fein, to remove wood from my foot that was left there months ago by the other doctor. Dr Fein artfully made a tiny hole right there in his office and removed the 1 piece of wood. I was shocked. Bandaids and bacitracin for a couple of days and my foot was healed. Great communication and sensitivity for the patient. He's the best!
