I’m very disappointed with the lack of professionalism from Shawna. She needed to terminate sessions with me and other veterans because the VA isn’t paying her and she doesn’t know how to work the new VA billing system. Which is understandable because businesses need to get paid for their services offered. What I found very unprofessional is sending this through text message at 9pm at night!!! I felt this could have been handled a lot better either face to face or zoom video.
