Since the change in management this place has really started to blossom. It's obvious when I visit now that maintenance is finally being addressed and the common areas look pleasant and inviting again.
A lot has changed since they put in a new manager and the change has been for the better. Of course it is not the most perfect place but the situation has changed and now I can recommend this place for older people who can live independently. About the parking lot, well, private parking space is not possible because there is not enough space for a building with more than 100 units. I've heard there is a small space on the property next door at the assisted living where is allowed to park but I am not sure.
I want to think Pete for our new manager he has done a lot since he's been here. The only thing I see wrong is that they need a security person here of a night's and weekend to many people running in and out that don't live here.
Good Luck ..I love the pictures of Bethany village. I just do not know how to contact them. I have sent emails and left many messages. NEVER,never have I gotten a reply email or has anyone ever answered the phone. Are they still in business?? Call twice today only got the answering service. How is it even possible for someone just to walk in and look at an apartment, if no one will answer the phone.
