Dr Lema has always taken all the time I needed to answer every question I have had. She never rushes an exam. She personalizes her interactions and she remembers issues from the past exams and addresses these clearly. I feel confident that she is interested in her patient's well being.
Dr Lena is a very thorough and knowledgeable dermatologist. She is not rushed and explains clearly and simply. I highly recommend her. I am a nurse of many years and I know how to evaluate physician competency.

Dr Lema has always been very professional and pleasant. She discovered a pre-cancerous condition my primary didn't notice. These moles looked no different to me than the others on my body. Her manner is thorough but she isn't brisk. She takes time to answer questions on every yearly recheck.
Dr. Lema is by far the absolute BEST dermatologist I've ever been to. She is kind and caring, professional, and very knowledgeable! She diagnosed my condition immediately and gave me treatment options that were best for me. She takes time to listen to my questions and concerns and she explains everything in great detail, showing that she cares about me as a patient. She is absolutely wonderful and I COULDN'T HAVE FOUND A BETTER DERMATOLOGIST.
Dr. Lema is amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable. Dr.Lema identified a basal cell carcinoma quickly and helped me with the appropriate treatment options. She listens to you and has a kind bedside manner. I trust her 100%. My teenage daughter now sees her for treatment of her acne and is doing great. I highly recommend Dr.Lema.
After waiting almost 45 minutes for her, she rushed my appointment and did not have the time of day for my concerns. Instead of looking at my chart, she asked me all the questions. I have been on an antibiotic for a long time and she said "your probably immune to it". I agree. Never addressed this, upped the dose, changed the medication-- just left the room and didn't give me the chance to ask. Everyone else at this office is exceptional!
Dr. Lema takes time to answer all my questions. She doesn't make me feel like she's in a hurry. I trust her.
