Nurse care 5 STARS, aide care scheduling/rotation needs serious improvement
Bethany Hospice cared for my Mother for the last 18 months of her life. Overall, they provided significant resources - nurses, aides, social work, clergy - and were great with communications and follow-up with issues. Their services were particularly outstanding in the last 3-4 months. Their staff helped me understand the process of dying and what to expect and my Mother received excellent, appropriate, compassiate care. I cannot say enough about this private hospice company called Bethany. Everyone is so kind and compassionate. They don't mind you calling 24/7 if you have a question concerning your loved one. They are top notch in the medical field. From the nurses to the aids to the chaplin was so kind and caring with my Dad Barry Headlee. He couldn't have had any better care. I highly recommend Bethany for your loved one in need of hospice palliative care. They're wonderful Christian people. I thank them from the bottom of my heart.
Bethan Hospice & has been a blessing to us … they took good care of my husband… there very attentive and supportive nurses and Chaplin all are great if I could give then a Number of 100 I rating I would … they were here until the end with him .. any one that wants a wonderful caring hospice I dearly recommend them… they were a blessing
Absolutely horrible EOL care for my mother with multiple sclerosis. After seeing John Oliver's hospice care episode, I am convinced they off-ed her to keep her under the 6-month mark & I need to warn others. They ripped her off of her seizure meds and told me some BS lie that her body wasn't absorbing meds any more. After she started seizing - blood running out of her mouth - multiple calls for help were ignored, they took 8 hours to show up and at that point she had been seizing with blood coming out of her face in my arms ... read more
