Bethany Hehights Dental totally restored my faith & opinion of Dentists. I still am in AWE of how professional, how nice, and their explanations of what all I needed done and the costs. I have had SO MANY PROBLEMS with Dentists and what was done to me and wasted thousands of dollars in the past. We were extremely pleased with the staff and services they provided. They went above and beyond to make the dental visit comfortable and were a joy to talk to. It was nice that they explained each procedure to my son and made him feel at ease. This is the best dental office and dentist I have found in years. We will return and recommend to all.
Outstanding service!! The technicians are very gentle & informative of every step they take as well as educational! They have state-of-the-art equipment that allows for speed, accuracy & comfort. Implant and gum care specialist Dr. Vadivel referred me to Dr. Spann. Dr. Spann, Linda and Sue are all very attentive, friendly, professional, and extraordinary. Each person acted as a team-member. When I asked a question of one, the appropriate team-member had the answer immediately or within a couple minutes. They either communicate telepathically, or they are just that good. I did not see any antennas coming out of their heads, so I think they are just that good. Scary good.
I was very pleased with my first appointment both with my cleaning with Paula and with Dr. Spann and so happy to have found a new dentist in this area.
