In helping a family member understand the charges that they received a bill for 9 months after they were treated for over $1000, it was found that the dr ordered unnecessary tests and billed charges for tests that were not even done. When calling on multiple occasions and leaving messages for office manager no one will speak to me or the patient. found front staff especially Ms. Chela very friendly and professional. Made the office visit painless ( pun intended).
I have been going to the Winston Salem clinic for 2 months. All the staff are very nice and friendly. The doctors listen to me and we work together for the best treatment for me. I have been very blessed to have a chance to get my medical issues taken care of at Bethany Medical Center.
