I’ve had the greatest experience with Bethany. Any doctor I have been to in the surrounding area has been rude and ignore my medical needs. I absolutely love Dr Kincaid. Also when I was sent to X-ray the X-ray technician Stacy was awesome and started a conversation and made you feel like you was her friend. Most X-ray staff usually don’t say much but she is an awesome people person.
Every addict in Thomasville uses these Drs. I wouldn’t recommend them to no one!
Dr Kincaid is an 83 year old doctor at the Winston-Salem office. He is the rudest, most arrogant doctor I have ever seen. My wife was his patient. She is disabled from birth, and he treated her like a piece of garbage. If you ask a question, he loses his mind, yells, and storms out! I’ve seen it first hand! This man should not be practicing medicine at all! Don’t go here at all! Most of the staff are disgruntled employees as well.

Dr phalan is the best doctor I have met so far she is so calm and makes you feel like you can talk about anything with her and not feel embarrassed I love my new doc 😍😍😍 and her assistant KHIA is the best also known her for a while now and glad she is in the feild she is very good with working with people and very kind hearted they both are wonderful come see them 906230
