Both my wife Debbie and I continue to be impressed with the level of professional service we experience every time we complete our appointments at BDA. This has been the case for the last 18 years at both the Millcreek and Bethany offices. Lisa and Jill exceed our expectations in quality care. The same goes for Dr's Mark and Paul and their techs. Highly recommend. They make you feel like family.

Receptionist is very cordial and helpful, Excellent hygienist did a fantastic job on my teeth and was fun to talk to. I did feel a bit rushed by the dentist who came in on the end of my visit and who told me she could do certain things for a tooth that I had been having problems with but that she had other patients waiting. After I left, I had questions about what my x-rays showed, and I would have liked more info regarding the tooth that was bothering me.
