Not happy with the cavity procedure, which lead to 4+ return trips to file it down. Still wasn’t right, so I’m told that my decay in that one tooth, which I had ZERO issues with must have been compromised, so now you need a crown - seriously? So $700+ out of pocket, still having issues - more trips back to adjust, but the overall issue post crown was a large piece of cement left in my mouth which caused severe pain and inflammation in my gums. Why didn’t someone take an X-ray sooner? Not happy, as it’s an hour drive one way ... read more

Dr. Fox and Jill are both so competent that they put me at ease right away. Understanding, thorough, friendly...every question answered with detail. Very happy I found them!
I am quite displeased with the accounting manager and her approach to me when I questioned the charges for my last visit. As noted in my letter to the office I felt that my interactions with her were much like interacting with a car dealership "closer." She did not take time to listen to me or understand my questions. I did not feel valued as a patient or as a person.
