RecommendedAmazing staff and location. Bethany Pacific is located in the Providence hospital @ the Pacific location (not the main Colby location) Awesome views from the patient rooms only topped by the care and empathy from the entire staff. 😍 CMS rated this as a 5 Star facility. Excellent experience.
There is no excuse for this kind of treatment. I believe she is the same lady my mother went round & round with when my stepdad was there. Can’t believe they’d keep this type of person.

Welll...........Answer the call lights in less than 5 hours!! Don't leave patients alone in bathroom for an hour!! These things happened to my sister just this last week!! In my opinion this is a very DANGEROUS place for you loved ones to be!!!
Being a caregiver myself I am very unhappy with how my Aunt was treated at this place. She was left in the bathroom for almost an hour....alone...with the call light on!!! She was not supposed to get up on her own and was just left there!! Then the following day she turned her call light on for the nurse and it was still on 5 HOURS LATER when my cousin arrived !!! Not a single person checked on her...she missed her meds... NOTHING HAPPENED!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!! This is how people DIE!!!! I wish there were negative star... read more
We had an calm experience there with many medical staff, surgery and home with my daughter Michelle Kilmer. Sincerely Thank you to everyone there. She is doing well 2nd day of recovery. So grateful. Victoria Hansen ♡
The only thing that comes to mind is that I wish I could had more bathing.
