RecommendedThis is one of the best nursing homes in the region! The staff is exceptionally caring and attentive. They take excellent care of my Grandmother - both nursing and rehab! I've found it to be a great place to work as well, as I've filled in here a few times as a COTA. This place is 1 of only 2 in the region that I would feel comfortable sending my loved ones to for nursing care and/or rehab. The staff at Bethany truly respects and cares for their residents!

RecommendedBethany provided my father with the best possible care, physical, emotional, spiritual. I was there weekly, mom twice a week for over 2 years. He wanted for little. As a Registered Nurse, with 35 years experience and a bunch of letters behind my name, I have seen my share of healthcare facilities, as staff and nursing instructor. Family wishes were met 100%. Welll...........Answer the call lights in less than 5 hours!! Don't leave patients alone in bathroom for an hour!! These things happened to my sister just this last week!! In my opinion this is a very DANGEROUS place for you loved ones to be!!!
Being a caregiver myself I am very unhappy with how my Aunt was treated at this place. She was left in the bathroom for almost an hour....alone...with the call light on!!! She was not supposed to get up on her own and was just left there!! Then the following day she turned her call light on for the nurse and it was still on 5 HOURS LATER when my cousin arrived !!! Not a single person checked on her...she missed her meds... NOTHING HAPPENED!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!! This is how people DIE!!!! I wish there were negative star... read more
When I leave there I know my Mom is going to be cared for with respect. The staffing is great!
