I had a regularly scheduled cleaning by Elizabeth. She is very gentle, thorough and professional, while also taking an interest in my life since we've last seen each other.
My biggest complaint was a question I still have not had answered. Since my last time to the practice, my company's dental insurance has changed. I filled out the forms before I was examined and gave my insurance card which was copied. I realized after the fact that your practice, according to Cigna Dental's website, is not listed as an in-network dentist. I have emailed twice now to get clarification from your office and have yet to hear back.
I always feel right at home at Dr. Snyder's office; everyone is very friendly, personable and professional. I always feel seen, heard and well-taken-care-of.
I've been a patient since 1994 and have experienced the best of care.
