Most my family members as well as myself have been treated very well there. It is a pleasure to work there also.

Trash ass hospital. I went in with excruciating back pain due to sciatica and was treated with the most irreverence. I left in the same condition I went in. Still in excruciating pain. Still have limited mobility. Still a in disbelief that I wasted my time.

The hospital shows no care or compassion. No one has any answers. This is a poor teaching hospital and does not provide quality medicine.

Uao the staff at the ER Beth Israel hospital are exceptional, quite friendly, extremely careful, professionals, very detailed oriented, cooperative and their willingness to solve urgent health related issues is outstanding. I give them my best recommendation. I am specially grateful of the nurse Marcia. She gave us a sense of humanity and comfort all the time.

Terrible! Hospital nursing staff overburdened, food terrible. Stay away if you value your wallet! Doctors are good, but did you know that Mt. Sinai charges a "facility fee" usually more or equal to your insurance's copay. to certain insurance plans for just stepping into many of their buildings, including Philips Ambulatory on Union Square? You won't find that in their literature, but they do. They value your money way more than they value your health.

What bothered me was that during the sonogram they found liquid in my pelvis and never informed me. I realized it when I got home. Last week I went to the ER because I was having severe lower abdominal pain. When I was examined I was told that it was constipation. They just told me to drink more water and that's it. After going to Bellevue and this ER, in Monday I decided to go to t... read more
