This hospital takes incompetence to a new level. I checked in with a NY drivers license and gave them a NYC mailing address. Somehow they have a 5 year old California address for me (I have no idea how unless they are linked with Stanford). They have been mailing bills for me to California. Instead of verifying the address, they have sent my account into collections. They also commit insurance fraud. The hospital and the Dr both billed me for the same insurance code. RecommendedSpent 8 days in ICU for Covid-19. These people saved my life and were by my side at all times even when it was annoying. can't express my gratitude.
Cruel when turning away a friend when he wanted to give blood. If you can’t take it then fine but there is no reason to be cruel to him. We trust doctors and nurses with our lives so attempt to be caring even if your just faking it.

Today March 29, 2020 To the nurses working so long & hard at Beth Israel NYC 10 SILVER!!! YOU ROCK!! My mom (Margarita)was DX. With corona virus. I live 3 1/2 hours away from the city. I called the nurses station because of an incident that occurred & I can’t go see her but, when I called, as busy as you are! you did what I asked of you.
