Dr Grannatt's care is exceptional. I have recommended her many times to people looking for orthopedic care/surgery.
I had a car accident May 16 2025 and was brought to Beth Israel. The nurses and physical therapists were great. The major issue I have is they lost my hearing aid and I called patient services to report it. They said they would investigate and call me back. That was the end of May. I can get no further response from them. I guess I will have to ask an attorney to call them. This is very poor service on their behalf.
