Everything was great, I just want to say thank you.
Aloof, uncommunicative: does not respond to messages. Have not received a call regarding surgical procedure, nor any follow-up from surgical team on how patient is doing (he is in a lot of pain!)
Dr. Grannatt is wonderful—professional, approachable, and genuinely caring. She takes the time to listen and explains things in a clear, easy-to-understand way without ever making you feel rushed. I always feel comfortable asking questions and confident that I’m in excellent hands. I’m very grateful for her care and would highly recommend her.
